Synamic consists of Herman Steen and Marcel de Vries (co-founders), Jacob Brouwer (Process Technologist), Wopke van Rhijn (Project Manager), Ellen Steen (Office Manager), Richard de Vries (EPC Manager), Theo Kik (EPC Manager) and Rudy Schuitema (Proces Technologist).
Within the broad work sphere of technological innovation, our activities consist primarily of project management, EPC management and process technology.
We operate independently of suppliers of technical installations. This means we can guarantee our clients an optimum end result at very competitive rates.
Clients include FrieslandCampina and Oliehoorn. Our highly trained employees have also gained a wealth of experience with Philips, LambWestonMeijer, Smiths Food Group and Nestlé, amongst others.
We specialise in improving production processes the food & beverage, dairy products and personal care electronics industries. These are sectors where constant innovation, safety and hygiene are key.
Our people have been educated at The Van Hall Institute, Wageningen University and Delft University of Technology, amongst other places; all leading scientific educational institutions, with a focus on the relevant sectors.
They are also very experienced, and have previously fulfilled important roles at companies such as Friesland Foods, Siebrand, Saturn Petfood, Philips Consumer Lifestyle, Bolletje, Unilever, Friesland Campina and Cargill.
A convenient and well-organised working method is absolutely essential in the implementation of technological innovations. This is why we use a specific workflow sub-divided into six phases.
We also have clarity internally, because even though we are very comfortable with our expertise, our internal working areas are still clearly defined. So our people always know exactly what the situation requires of them.
