For the sauce, oil and fats producer from Zwaag, Oliehoorn, we provided the EPC management for the re-installation of the piping, amongst other things, for a complete mayonnaise and curry line, including CIP and the replacement optimisation of the water systems.
We found a stationary line in a specially built factory line. This was reason enough for a dynamic approach, whereby first of all a professional outsourcing process was started, promptly followed by the rebuilding of the entire installation.
Back in production
Eight weeks after the orders for re-installation were given, the sauce line was back in production. In the next phase of the process, various tub and sachet filling lines were installed and relocated, so that they could be optimally combined with the new production line.
